The quality that I think makes Learning Dollars engineers most valuable are their embrace of new technical challenges. While working on the beta version of Doornox, the engineer and I encountered several small bugs and larger technical challenges that the engineer had never programmed before. (Doornox btw was a recruiting / hiring platform for designers.) The engineer quickly researched similar issues using online resources, consulted comparable challenges in his past projects, and used the analysis of careful trial and error in our code to implement quite complex technical features into the website. I am confident that if there is a newfound technical problem, our Learning Dollars engineer has the drive, the technical ability, and the analytical techniques to solve the problem. Learning Dollars engineers knows how to find solutions. This quality is by far the highest asset for any programmer.
